Freedom to Be You
Counselling is a powerful tool that helps us explore our thoughts feelings and behaviours. In a safe and non-judgemental space, we can find the inner strength to make different choices about our lives.
My core training is in Transactional Analysis. As we grow up we make decisions about ourselves and our place in the world. Transactional Analysis believes we all have the power to reassess these decisions and ultimately make different choices that help us grow.
Whether you are struggling with recent changes in your life, or you have been dealing with issues affecting your mental wellbeing over a longer period, counselling can support you to make positive changes in your life.

About Me
I can offer short-term work over 6-12 sessions to address any symptomatic issues you may be facing, or we can have longer-term open-ended sessions to explore deeper, often looking at past experiences and childhood in a safe and compassionate way.
I have worked largely in health and social care specifically within mental health settings. I am experienced in working with people with a range of differing mental ill health. As a therapist I work with empathy and curiosity. I want to understand how you are impacted by your mental health, and help you to make sense of this.
I offer sessions both online and from my office in central Glasgow.
What I offer
I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions at £50 per session.
